In Genshin Impact, Star Gems are part of one of the mysteries on Sirikoro Peak (Tsurumi Island), for which you will receive chests with valuable items. It is related to the Thunderbird drawings on the walls, which you probably noticed when completing the quest «The Exceptional Writer.» … You will also find out where the 3 Electro Fairies flew to Tsurumi. Where to Find Star Gems
Before taking on the search for the corresponding items, you will need to get a tool called the Strange Feather, having completed the world quest «Octave Maushiro». Once done, head to Sirikoro Peak shown on the map below and jump down into the hole. Go into the cave and go down into it, as you did before.
Star Gem 1
Once in the room with relay stones, look to the right. There you will see a drawing of a thunderbird on the wall (their location is also shown in numbers on the map above). Walk up to it and use the Strange Feather to remove the wall. Behind it you will see a rich chest. Open it and take the 1st pearl.
Star Gem 2
Find the following picture on the wall — it is located directly opposite the passage to another location. Use a feather near it and the wall will disappear. Turn right and examine another chest to pick up the desired item. Next, deal with the enemy.
Star Gem 3
It's near the water. Exit the previous secret room and immediately turn left. Walk a little forward and turn left again, going down. Activate the feather and head right. Here you will see a puzzle with a fairy and probes for finding lightning, but it is not necessary to solve it. Again, if you want to do it, check out our separate guide.
Climb up the root instead wood. There you will see a chest containing the last Star Gem.
How to use the star pearls
Return to the room with the first two drawings on the walls, and then go through the circular passage. You've been here before when you were looking for three fairies in a world quest. Head to a small room with a stone staircase.
Here you will see 3 pictures on the walls. Go to each of them and insert the star pearls you found earlier. Then watch the cut-scene with the flying Electro fairies. You will also receive a rich chest as a reward.
Where to find Electro fairies on Tsurumi
The spirits will scatter all over the island, so you will have to spend a lot of time looking for them. The map above shows the approximate location of all the fairies, as well as their gathering place (you will need to come here to bring the spirits to their pedestals).
Electro Fairy 1
She can be found above Mount Cannes. Climb to the top, but be careful as you might get lost. Therefore, we recommend using the elektkrogranum at the foot of the mountain, and then simply climb up using the thunder orbs.
Electro Fairy 2
It can be found on the cliff southeast of the Tiray Shrine. Climb up, approach the spirit and lead him to the house.
Electro Fairy 3
You can find her at the top of Sirikoro Peak. Go upstairs, approach the spirit and bring it to the pedestal.
As soon as the last fairy reaches her pedestal, a luxurious chest will appear in the indicated location … Examine it to complete the puzzle.
